Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel or defer a registration with Real Tycoon Club Philippines, which is operated by Ten X Global, Inc. It sets out the refund deadlines, the fees that may apply, and how to send your request. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Refund deadlines at a glance
The deadlines below start on the date of payment.
| When you cancel | What happens |
|---|---|
| Within 7 days | You are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable transaction fees and taxes from credit card or online payment processing. |
| After the 7-day cooling-off period, up to 15 days | A 15% administrative and processing fee applies. |
| After 15 days | We will not entertain the request, and all payments are forfeited. |
2. How to request a cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing. Please send your request to [email protected] and include your full name and the email address you used to register, so we can find your registration.
3. When you get your refund
Any refund we owe you will be made within thirty (30) days from the date of your written notice of cancellation. After we pay the refund, there will be no further claims against us in respect of the cancellation.
4. Cancelling or deferring close to the seminar
- If you tell us within thirty (30) days before the seminar date that you cannot attend, you forfeit your payments.
- If you ask to defer your registration thirty (30) days or less before the seminar date, a deferment fee of ₱18,000.00 applies.
5. Package validity and transfers
Packages are valid only during the membership period stated in your registration form, and they cannot be transferred to someone else. If you do not attend the seminar or program within the validity period, all payments made are forfeited.
6. Confirmation and payment timing
You will receive an email confirmation with your receipt approximately 10 business days after we accept your completed registration form and your payment. We do not accept payments on the day of the seminar.
7. If we change or cancel an event
If we change the seminar schedule, venue, or platform, or if we reschedule or postpone an event because of something beyond our reasonable control, this does not entitle you to a refund. You can read more in our Terms and Conditions.
In cases of force majeure, pandemic restrictions, or verified serious medical conditions supported by relevant documentation, you may ask us for a no-penalty extension of your package validity.
