1. Who we are

Real Tycoon Club Philippines (also called RTC Philippines, "we," "us," or "our") is a real estate education company. We run the Property Millionaire Masterclass, the No Money Down program, and related events and community activities. Our website is rtcph.com. This policy applies to rtcph.com/phpreview and to the other pages, forms, and messaging channels we use to run these programs.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It can include the following.

  • Your full name, email address, and mobile number.
  • Your registration and ticket details, including the event you signed up for, your ticket code, and any referral code you used.
  • Payment details that help us confirm your booking, such as your mode of payment, receipt reference number, and the proof of payment you upload. We do not store your full card or bank login details.
  • Your answer when we ask how you heard about us.
  • Messages you send us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, text message, email, or phone, along with our replies.
  • Information from your visit to our website, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and the ad or link that brought you to us.
  • Any testimonial, review, photo, or video that you choose to give us.

3. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you fill out a registration or payment form, upload proof of payment, message us, attend an event, or send us a testimonial. We also receive limited information automatically when you click on our ads or visit our website, and from the people who refer you through our affiliate or referral program.

4. How we use it

  • To process your registration, confirm your payment, and send your ticket.
  • To send you event details, reminders, and updates about the seminar you signed up for.
  • To answer your questions and follow up on your inquiry.
  • To let you know about future seminars, programs, and offers that may interest you.
  • To measure how our ads and pages perform so we can improve them.
  • To track referrals and give the right credit to affiliates.
  • To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We only use your information for these purposes, or for purposes that are closely related to them.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services that help us run our programs, and only as much as they need to do their job.

  • Our team and coaches. The RTC Philippines team members who handle registrations, outreach, and event operations can see your information.
  • Service providers. We use GoHighLevel for contact management, email, and landing pages. We use Google Sheets and Google Drive to organize sign up lists and payment proofs. We use Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger) for advertising and messaging. We also use payment gateways and banks or e-wallets, such as GCash, to process payments. These providers handle your information under their own privacy terms.
  • Legal and regulatory requests. We may disclose information when the law requires it or when a government agency or court properly asks for it.

6. Marketing messages

If you have reached out to us or registered for an event, we may send you emails, text messages, or Messenger messages about our programs. You can stop emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. For text messages and Messenger, you can reply to tell us to stop. You can also contact us using the details at the end of this page, and we will remove you from our marketing list.

7. Cookies and advertising tools

Our website may use cookies and similar tools from our analytics and advertising partners, including Meta. These tools help us understand which ads and pages bring people to our events and let us show our ads to people who may be interested. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or for as long as the law requires us to keep records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

9. How we protect it

We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and disclosure. We limit access to the team members who need it, and we ask our service providers to protect it as well. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach happens that puts you at real risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

10. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If you believe we handled your information improperly, you may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

11. Minors

Our seminars and programs are meant for adults who are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
